Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service value. This fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling the next appointment and does not go towards the total service cost. There is a 5 minute grace period for late arrivals to the scheduled appointment. After the 5 minute grace period, the appointment will be considered no-show and automatically cancelled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service value. This fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling the next appointment and does not go towards the total service cost. A total of 2 no-shows within a 6 month period will be permitted before being blocked from booking.
